2025 Alumni Awards Nomination Process
Thank you for considering a nomination for the 2025 Alumni Awards. Your participation is vital in recognizing exceptional alumni in our six award categories. To nominate a candidate, you will need to provide a compelling 350-word case for support. Here is an overview of the timeline and the nomination process:
To nominate a candidate for the 2025 Alumni Awards, please provide the following essential information about your nominee:
Nominee's Basic Information:
- Full Name:
- Contact Information:
- School/Major:
- Graduation Year:
- Nominee's Achievements and Contributions: A concise statement (less than 350 words) highlighting the nominee's exceptional achievements, contributions, and relevant criteria for consideration, such as impact, leadership, innovation, and service.
Nomination Timeline:
Round 1 Nominations: - Nomination Deadline: February 15, 2025
Round 1 Nomination Review:
- Review Period: February 16-28, 2025
Round 1 Nomination Results:
- In early March 2025, a member of the Alumni Association staff will contact you to inform you whether your nominee will advance to the second round for consideration.
Round 2 Nomination:
- Nominee finalists selected in Round 1 will be asked to submit additional materials to strengthen their nomination. Nominee finalists not chosen for an award this year will remain in the final selection pool for up to three years.
Round 2 Nomination Deadline:
- Final materials for Round 2 nominees are due by 11:59 p.m. on March 31, 2025.
Round 2 Awardee Final Selection:
- Committee selects 2025 Alumni Award Recipients: May 15, 2025
Notification of Award Winners:
- Award winners will be notified in late May 2025.
